This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Favor LLC d/b/a PolicyFavor ("PolicyFavor," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares information through policyfavor.com, our agent portal and our call services.
Information we collect
Agent account information: name, business name, email, phone, licensed states, lines of business, hours and call preferences.
Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Call information: for calls routed through our platform, the caller's phone number, call time and duration, the line of business, approximate location (from the phone number or caller input), and call recordings and transcripts.
Website information: pages visited, device and browser data, and information from cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels (such as Meta).
How we use information
To route calls to agents licensed in the caller's state and to operate the agent portal.
To bill for calls, process payments and handle disputes and credits.
To measure call quality, prevent fraud and improve our services.
To communicate with agents about their account, including service and billing messages.
With the agent who receives a call: the caller's information is shared with the single agent the call is routed to, so the agent can respond to the caller's inquiry.
With service providers: such as our call-routing platform, payment processor, hosting, email and analytics providers, who process information on our behalf.
For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
In a business transfer: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell agents' personal information.
Call recordings
Calls routed through our platform may be recorded and transcribed for quality, billing and dispute purposes. Agents can access recordings of their own calls in the portal.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and pixels to understand site traffic and measure ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of interest-based ads through your ad-platform settings.
Data retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including billing, dispute and legal requirements, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
